SSBL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING MINUTES
The Board of Directors consists of the Executive Board, the Secretary, the baseball and softball league directors, and such other General Members as may be appointed from time to time by the Executive Board. For more info, please refer to Article V of the Bylaws.
Meetings of the Board of Directors shall be held at least one time per month.
